Very clean theatre. Restrooms reasonably clear, need minor repairs, coat hooks broken, etc. Clerks at ticket sales and refreshments are helpful, friendly and eespectful. We,appreciate your efforts.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It is always a treat to visit your lovely facility. Especially since my husband and I have earned the ability to choose movies during the week with all the other lucky retired folks! We are always greeted with a smile, everything is so very clean and nice... I won't mention the high $$$ of concessions, ridiculous, however; I realize it's that way everywhere, right! And, we are not stupid! That's where you make your profit! At least you provide alternatives, Starbucks and gelato, among other adult beverages! Unless we've chosen a really crummy movie, there is no reason to complain at all!!! Thank you!! Oh, did I memtion that the bathrooms are always clean!

I actually love the atmosphere and design. The darker haired girl a the back counter acted like someone close may have died. I think I had to convince her to actually buy more concession iteem

We went at a slow time and everything was very efficient. I will continue to praise the theater uunless I don't get my points as promised! I did go on line but don't get them until Feb 19.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theaters are clean & large as are the screens. Restrooms are clean and adequate for all. The personnel are friendly and helpful. I can have a glass of wine, a mixed drink or anything non-alcoholic, my choice. In general, the people that attend seem to be of a higher caliber than most of the other theaters. What's Not to like?
