Great customer service, well organized, great seating / sound, and the popcorn was real good.

The only thing I would ask if it's possible to get popcorn with no salt due to people with certain illnesses.

The seats are more comfortable than other Santikos theaters. Palladium also offers their Flashback Cinema in the theaters with recliners. Its clean.

Palladium is our family's favorite theatre, and I want it to keep being our favorite! Today we had an unexpected and disappointing experience during in the advertisements before the 1:25 pm Extended Cut Spider Man Far From Home. I was shocked at the terror level of two of the advertisements: Noovie about "It 2" scared even me, and was followed up by another scary ad from AT&T (a woman in love turns into a zombie). These were wildly inappropriate for a matinee showing of a Marvel movie (which mean a large portion of the audience was kids).

I strongly recommend that you more closely match the advertisements to the probably audience. These were ads for a horror movie audience! I think horror aficionados are more likely to tolerate a "tame" ad than these kids are able to tolerate the scary ones. At bedtime tonight I had one kid in tears because he thought "It" was coming.

Everything about Santikos Palladium, from the seats, screens, the employees, food. It’s just a great feeling to know that my experience to see a show eat and feel welcomed is waiting for me. Thanks to all at the Palladium my go to place to escape the every day mundane.

The VIP area was very personal and cozy! The waiter was extremely friendly and considerate of our experience as well! I will definitely recommend this experience At Santikos!
