Santikos is a friendly environment that has a lot of amenities! I live closer to Silverado, but drive to the Palladium because of the great customer service, food and drink selection and comfortable reclining seats.

I was running late to my movie & needed a last minute miracle provided by Santikos customer service. I called and was given reassurance that I would be able to get a exchange for a later time. That definitely made my day.

The screens are perfection!! Amazing AVX Sound and the recliner seats are amazing. Very nice and clean theater with amazing nice staff

Cleanliness, comfortable seats and great customer service. I also like how the company gives back to the community and employs people with disabilities. Thus, I don’t mind paying a little more for my movie tickets.
