We went to see the Joker at the Palladium, the Mezz. Well, I don't mind paying a little extra since we get the service at the Mezz. Tonight was a miss....we never got our popcorn. We did get our 2 drinks and that was it. I hit the button and the young lady did come over and turned it off and she said that the guy would be over soon to bring the popcorn. There was a tray with popcorn tubs on it which were being passed out. There were popcorn tubs still sitting there. My husband went to hit the button again and I told him not to since the young lady said the guy would be right over. Well, he picked up the tray and walked out. She brought the 2 men next to us their drinks and I stopped her and asked again. She said that he would be back with the popcorn. He never returned. Palladium is a great place to see movies but tonight at the Mezz just disappointed that we didn't get our popcorn. Upon leaving I did mention it to a young man at customer service then we left.
