The attentiveness and accomadating of the staff. The quality of the food. The cleanliness of the theatre.

I request that there be sugar free food, snack, and drink options for those who's health, such as diabetics, is negatively affected by the excess of sugars and carbs normally found in various theatre consumables.

The seating is excellent. I need an action film to keep me awake, as the recliner seats are so comfortable. Love the new offer, one small popcorn and one small drink for $5.75. Good deal!

I had an issue with my food order and the manager corrected it immediately. He also brought my food to me personally so I would not miss my movie. I was very impressed with the level of service and quality at the palladium.
