I sure have missed Santikos. Here's how much: I saw 118 films on screen in 2019, most of which were at the Embassy & Bijou. I go to many Fathom Events (TCM, Met, BTS concerts, documentaries) and enjoy Flashback Cinema. At the Embassy, I miss Micah because she just-about had a drink ready for me at the bar when I walked in the door. Other than grocery shopping at Ft Sam or HEB every ten days or so, both requiring sanitizing, masks & social distance, I hadn't left the house. I was curious about how Santikos would handle reopening and I was super-impressed. Thank you, Tim, and those at Santikos who made it possible.

It felt safe. All the employees wore masks and the theater seemed clean. You had seated groups so that none of us were close to other groups. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have more than 1 person preparing drinks. We went at a slow time so maybe you usually do.

They are doing an awesome job in this pandemic. Cannot wait til they’re more open!!

No lines, or crowds. Simple experience and I can't wait to go again next week.

I like this theater. Always have. The seats were comfortable. The sound was great.

With COVID restrictions we felt like the theater itself has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of its patrons. We felt safe and comfortable. Our only concern is the actual other patrons not wearing masks in common spaces and them not maintaining social distancing without a mask.
