I love the seats and that they're reserved seating. Employees are always so nice and courteous. I am disappointed that you can no longer get popcorn refills. Everything else is great!
The Palladium has always been my favorite theater because what is offered inside and the set up of each theater.
I recommend Santikos because of the rewards program! They gave me 2 free tickets to introduce my son to a classic movie. It was great to be back!

Palladium did an excellent job of practicing social distancing, using personal protective equipment, and ensuring a quality experience. I have missed movie date nights with my husband but with the pandemic and business closures, staying at home was best. Now as we reopen our city, I will slowly venture out. The movies was and is still the only public place I’ve ventured to. I was so impressed with Santikos and how well they performed, that we are going to the movies again today. Thank you for helping bring back a sense of normalcy.

All the amazing social distancing measures!! From buying tickets, to spaced out seatings! Loved all the food stand precautions which helped keep everything extra clean as well as someone serving the fountain drinks, oh and my popcorn was freshly made, not left overs from the night before (since I went to an early viewing). I know it’s not ideal for the business but I kind of wish this was my experience every time. Thank you for going great lengths to keep us safe!

Seating, options for snacks, foods, and beverages, including the different type of theaters within Palladium. Customer service and arcade are great.

I've missed the Palladium. Even though it is put of our way, it is my son and my own favorite theater!! The experience all around is good from the service to the employees to the cleanliness and friendliness.
Its clean, everyone who works there is friendly. The space is well kept and comfortable. Movies look and sound great. Staff are helpful.
