COVID Precautions were much appreciated. Popcorn was excellent and yummy.
Everything was exceptional

I belong to the rewards program and I bought our tickets through the app and chose the seats we wanted. I never had to do anything other than show the ticket at the door. We never had to wait in line for anything. We bought the popcorn and drinks combo and were on our way. Everything was so clean, although I would have thought there would have been more napkins in the drink area. There was only one dispenser with paper towels.

The theater was very clean and we enjoyed the movie. We had received the Trolls commemorative cups and popcorn bucket. The problem is that I believe we should have received one refill of popcorn with our purchase. We were not told anything.

One suggestion. There should be a way to mark the popcorn containers so that when I get my free refill, I can't get it refilled again. I have taken my popcorn bucket back to the movies with me another time, just to get my free refill (since I paid for it). It would also be nice to get a reusable bucket and pay a smaller price for a refill.

We always enjoy the Santikos experience. The fact that Santikos gives back to the community is a driving force for us.

Due to existing conditions I went to buy popcorn only, I miss Santikos popcorn, Icee and the movie experience. I support what Santikos does for the community. I asked if I could have extra popcorn aka refill, the concession person ignored me. Suggestion, sell bag of popcorn equaling original tub plus refill. Promote this as a way Santikos wants San Antonians to stay safe during Covid-19 until we return to your theaters. Advertise your nachos, popcorn and hot dogs for at home safety, offer points for each purchase that can be redeemed upon our return to theaters in 2021.

Always have a good time and enjoy seeing movies here. Located in a cool area to do lots of things after seeing a movie. Will continue to keep coming here

Please provide more Customer Service Reps to help sell movie tickets before a movie... Not just one. If I am running a little late to the movie I want faster customer service please. Thank you. (:

Everything is fantastic at Santikos Theaters, especially the Palladium, and no other theaters compare!

Palladium is an immaculate giant with cozy seats. Always has a variety of the best movies playing. The neighborly staff is ready to help. Food and drinks are top notch.

We were the only people in that movie so we didn’t really have to worry too much about COVID.

Love the whole experience. Love the games... wish they were all open though. My little ones really look forward to playing before movies. Needs some replenishment of items in prize machines. They also need to be rotated so not picked clean. Seats are so comfortable. Also love the rotation of old movies. So much fun to see the movies you grew up watching on the big screen. Just took the family to see Beetlejuice... everyone had a blast!!

It was relaxing and a nice time out after this long lock up. Just disappointed that there is a lack of new movies
