Appeared precautions are being taken against COVID-19. Facilities were clean. Spacing was pretty good...think it could have been a little more distanced. People friendly. I appreciate what Santikos has done for our community over the years and I regret that they are going through the financial crunch associated with this pandemic. Hopefully, you/we will all make it through this in a few months.

Easy to purchase tickets, easy entry, fast snack purchases and wonderful theatre. So very nice to get back to some semblance of normal. All staff observed distances, wearing masks. We felt safe venturing out for some entertainment.

OMFG I’ve never heard a movie sound so good! Watching an IMAX movie and a regular movie was so crazy! especially watching a movie I grew up watching on just a dvd! I’m definitely seeing more IMAX movies because not only was the screen bigger but sound quality was even more amazing! I could pick up different phrases that I couldn’t hear on dvd. IMAX IS FREAKIN INCREDIBLE! First time going to an IMAX movie but it’s definitely not going to be my last!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The employees were so very friendly and helpful. The internet has gone out, so concessions were not available, but everyone went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. The theatre was clean - it smelled sanitized, in a GOOD way. We were far enough from other patrons to feel comfortable and safe. I shared our experience with our neighbors and encouraged them to be patrons, as well.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Employees are friendly, helpful, and seem to love working at the Palladium. Employees follow guidelines for opening and protecting patrons. All the high contact areas I saw were clean; this includes surfaces for ticket sales, the concession stand, restrooms, and arcade (gloves are provided for patrons in the arcade). Physical/social distancing is practiced and employees were ready to immediately prepare auditoria for the next patrons.

Clean theater worthy of its affluent location, and no pushback given to me for having a bag, which I have to carry currently due to relying on bus system. As for the IMAX experience, it delivered as always at this location.
