Your service was great. Everyone was very polite. I do still have a message on my dashboard that my tire pressures are low, even after I came back & a nice young man filled all the the tires. He said if it didn't go off and stay off, to come back. So I'll try to stop in tomorrow. I appreciate the follow up, too.
They were not pushy about services that needed to be done. Waiting area was really nice and clean. The stuffed animals for the kids were a big hit! Definitely will be back again.

The people are friendly and work with you to get you the work your car needs and not a lot of extra stuff you don't really need. They do excellent work. I've used them for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for car repair.

I trust CB on 2nd street in Edmond with all of my vehicle maintenance. They have done everything from oil changes to replacing a transmission in my 2005 F-150 that has 180K miles on it. They are always extremely friendly and professional. They perform detailed inspections and provide recommendations on how to prioritize the repairs to fit my budget. I have never felt like they were trying to up-sale me or my wife.

The customer service team was excellent and they did honest work
First and formost I liked the way Wes listened my description of the symthoms of the mechanical problem I was having and the history of the car. I think his and the mechanic's diagnosis of the problem was key to getting the correct repairs for the car; and so far ( only a hundred or less miles later) the car is driving perfectly. Also I was glad for the review of necessary future services to various systems now that the car has just over 50,000 miles. I opted to also have the coolant system serviced since summer will soon be here. I plan on letting Christain Brothers service my car inclluding the necessary oil changes every 6000 miles.
