On 5/2/24 my 1987 Chevy C10 experienced difficulty starting, and the malfunction mimicked a bad starter. Christian Brothers Auto diagnosed the malfunction and found that it wasn't the starter but was the ignition switch. CBA was busy but they got my truck in and quickly repaired and returned it. When Christian Brothers fix something, it stays fixed! CBA's customer service is awesome, they picked me up from home and their pricing is always fair. Thanks much Jim.
I feel like our vehicles are very well taken care of by the mechanics there. The check-in and checkout guy at the front counter was very courteous and nice. I like that you all send text messages on the progress of our vehicle while there.

A/C is blowing cold now. Was kept in the loop about the repairs. Was called to get verification when the accumulator would not come off of the evaporator. Had two options tried the fort one with no luck. Was called and given the total amount to approve repairs. It was a bit more that expected. But they were able to take off about two hundred dollars.
I have had 3 vehicles serviced by Christian Brothers Automotive over several years now. They are very professional, knowledgeable and without a doubt, outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone I know needing vehicle services.
