Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in their explanations. They truly only suggest the things that your car needs to for fixing, and not up-selling simply for the sake of charging extra money. Plus, the shuttle is an incredible extra benefit!
Overall the service and timeliness were fantastic. I did experience a few days of a delay but was kept in the loop the whole time. Overall would recommend this shop to anyone and will only be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

The customer service at Christian Brothers was excellent, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They checked if my car was under warranty before completing any work, they saved me a few thousand dollars. They send text updates from start to finish. They even include photos and videos of the service/problem in your quote and you can approve and deny any services from your phone. I will not be going to any other mechanic moving forward. They work on all types of makes and models. Thank you team! Highly suggest for anyone looking for a great mechanic.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. I felt they gave me an honest opinion as to what was wrong with my air conditioner. However because they determined it would be covered by an extended Honda warranty, they did not do the repairs. They could have and I would not have known the difference. I appreciate their honesty.

The way you kept me updated on the status of my car was unexpectedly refreshing. I had an answer every time my wife asked me about what's going on. Since I'm hard-of-hearing, it was very relaxing that we could handle things through texting. However, I think the best thing was getting reports and estimates online and being able to authorize and decline service by checking each individual task was great. The three triage levels were also helpful in decision making.
