Joy is one of my favorite teachers in the twin cities , ALWAYS positive energy and a positive message.Betsy is great too very attentive I thought she had taught hot yoga for years , Wendy is the JAM , not hip on Lacey , not energetic but probably good for meditation and restorative (just my opinion )

The studio was very clean, so I felt very safe. The teacher was a good balance and helped me out a lot and answered my questions.
