The dedication to practice, the classes that offer hands on adjustments with poses, offering different sequences in each class - no monotony. Encourage growth and demonstrate more challenging ideas to incorporate into practice.

CorePower offers a variety of classes for beginners to advanced students. I have taken classes at seven CP studios, and I have liked most of the instructors. The studios are kept clean, and the merchandise for sale is very nice. CP has lots of convenient locations, too.

I love your instructors! Stadium Village has been my "go-to" because I lived nearby and found certain teachers there to be very friendly, helpful and inspring. I would recommend it to anyone!
