The teachers at CPY Minnetonka are what make the studio my happy place. They’re thoughtful about their sequences and genuine in their delivery. Honestly, they shine so much, it’s a shame the studio is so badly in need of a refresh. It’s like having a finely tuned Maserati engine in a 90s Camry body. They keep it up well, but the deteriorating environment undersells what’s within.
Very experienced teachers
Every teacher makes me feel welcomed and supported. The classes are challenging, but always come with reminders to listen to and trust our bodies. I have done other hot yoga classes at other (non-CorePower) studios; the teachers often pushed students to do the poses *exactly* as instructed, without modifications (and with some shaming if we didn’t push ourselves). Not what I’m looking for in a yoga class! CorePower is the best of the best.
I also really appreciate that class packs never expire. Sometimes life takes you away from your practice! I had to step back because of surgery and recovery, and I appreciated that I could easily come back and pick up where I left off. I wouldn’t change a thing about CorePower!

I love the workouts, but hate how inconsistent each instructor is.
The sculpt class I attended this week was way TOO hot. It must've been high 90's with steam and a lot of cardio. That doesn't seem healthy.

I love the workouts at this CorePower studio. I like the other studios, but the instructors here are just awesome. They really push me to my limits and provide a great workout environment.

Great class! The instructor was very knowledgeable. The studio is clean and spacious, the looker rooms are also clean.
Dana was a great instructor! I took a C2 with reduced heat and it was SO appreciated! I loved the class/exercises and the fact they weren’t the same exact pattern as C1 but not extreme heat.
The flex class format plus reduced heat was a WELCOME treat for me! Challenging but doable vs consistently incapable of signing up for C2, Hot Yoga or Power Fusion.
I also love that Minnetonka is introducing more C1 and Heated C1 classes. Would love to see more of that in Maple Grove, along with reduced heat C2 across the board!
