Matt Weston is the best instructor. His flows are unique and enjoyable. He does an amazing job instructing on how to get into a posture, self-adjust, and how it supposed to feel to enable you to go even deeper.

I had a great experience with all 3 instructors I had. I felt that they were much more experience and challenging classes than any classes I have attended in the Denver area over the years. I’ve been to this studio before when visiting San Diego and it’s always a great experience. Some how they’ve broken out of the typical Core Power mold that has unfortunately happened as Core Power has grown. I love this studio! Staff is also extremely friendly

I was very nervous to try a hot yoga class, but Chad calmed my nerves and I loved it. Chad is a fantastic instructor and really made my first hot yoga experience the best.

I’ve been looking for a yoga studio to call home in the southbay for about 10 years! When I heard CorePower was coming to Hermosa Beach I couldn’t wait to check it out! So glad I did! The instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable, the studio is new so everything is so clean and parking is abundant - something that is rare in the beach cities. Give them a try - you won’t regret it!
I love Sculpt Yoga. I've been a student of Yoga for several years and discovered Sculpt, December of 2021. I was always in the gym until I discovered yoga. So when I did my Yoga teacher training I went looking for a studio to practice with. Somebody decided to merge my two favorites lifestyles into one practice. I got Sculpt training in May of 2022 and am excited about evolving into a well rounded teacher/practitioner. Core Power Yoga's class was a great experience. Sometimes the teacher starts the countdown and it's all I can do to maintain. But Joel's class was a mixture of taking it easy and giving it your all. Perfect!
