The instructor was clear with directions. She explained each move and was attentive to each students level. She helped with adjustments to truly engage the proper muscle group. She gave different position options for different levels. I really enjoyed the class!

The best classes, it’s a way of caring for both my physical and mental health. The teachers and so great and even though I’m not an advanced student I always feel welcomed. Clean and peaceful studio space.

It was a great class. I think the room was heated a little to high or there wasn't enough circulation in there otherwise it was great. I love hot yoga but this was like hot, hot, hot. So was the other class I took in that studio the other day. Maybe the thermostat is broken in there....

Absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in! I was greeted by two very lovely instructors. Lizzie was great! I told her I was nervous about taking the class and she reassured me that I was going to do great. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Defiantly will be back to take more of her classes! My butt was sore for days!
