A GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND KIND,FRIENDLY,GREAT PEOPLE. RECCOMMENDATIONS I DO RECCOMMEND THAT NEW MILFORD CLUB 24 IS OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY DURING THE WEEKDAYS BECAUSE IF SOMEONE WANTS TO WORK OUT AT 12AM AT NIGHT THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN NEW MILFORD DO NOT HAVE TO DRIVE TO BROOKFIELD IF SOMEONE WANTS TO WORK OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!!! I DO RECCOMMEND THAT NEW MILFORD CLUB 24 SELLS FRUIT SMOTHYS ICE CONES LIKE THE ONE IN BROOKFIELD CLUB 24 DOES!!!! I ALSO RECCOMMEND THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO BE AN ORANGE CARD MEMBER TO USE TO MASSAGE BEDS AND CHAIRS AND TO USE ANY CLUB 24 LOCATIONS,I THINK PEOPLE WHO HAVE REGULAR BASSED CARDS SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO ANY CLUB 24 GYMS AND TO USE THE MASSAGE BEDS AND CHAIRS!!!! YES I DO RECCOMMEND CLUB 24 TO ANYONE GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT AT!!!! PLEASE PASS ALL MY RECCOMMENDATIONS TO THE MANAGER DIRECTOR AND OWNER OF CLUB 24!!!!

But I wish in the Newtown gym we could get ESPN in the morning and a CT bases news show ( vs Several NY bases news shows )

The staff are all awesome! And they go above and beyond to help you in whatever you need! The machines are great too!

I like the choices offered. Classes, one on one (only 10 minutes for me), machines, inside the theater or out. And then a choice of massages. The only area I know could use improvement is the movie choice. Same movie played for three consecutive days last week.
