Afterburn....although the repetitive exercises can get a bit monotonous - need to mix it up a bit, and the music genres played are not generally appealing or act as incentive for older age groups. Just saying.

I like the large variety of equipment. If I want to do cardio there are usually plenty of machines open even at 5 oclock. The free weight section is pretty well stocked.
I also enjoy using the kettlebells and tires in the other room.
Finally the staff is very nice.

Employees are super friendly and accommodating, really comfortable space to work out in. One and only complaint still exists, YOGA doesn't seem to get much respect. Still being jolted from my meditation by blaring movies in the next room. Not fair, we pay just as much as the movie watchers for memberships.
