I like that the staff keeps the place very clean, machines and weights are always working. This is the Middletown gym. However ever since I joined the sauna has been in the entrance way, I hope it gets installed soon I've been waiting for it ever since i joined.
Pretty much everything, The equipment is plentiful so there is always something available. The facility itself is large and easy to work through. The staff is pleasant, helpful and near by.
Staff is very friendly. Gym is clean. My only complaint is that you do not put out more than one bottle of disenfenctant at each basket.. With a gym that size you lack enough sanitizer..

I have been working with Matt Baxendale for personal training 3 times a wee for the past 6 months. He is the primary reason I come to Club 24. He's extremely knowledgable, patient and fun to work with. He is a great motivator for me. Super nice guy as well.
On another note - what is up with the music at the club? Honestly - no one wants to work out to 30 year old rock tunes. How about something current and upbeat.
