Scheduling classes is a simple process. During certain times of the year, signing up in advance is recommended. Instructors are polite, knowledgeable, and consistently offer new challenges at each class.

I like several things about the studio. Please note I only attend classes in Laurel.
The classes are small and the instructors know everyone's name. There is a very positive atmosphere. The whole experience is pleasant and this alone is an encouragement to come back again and again.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and seem to know when to provide assistance based on the individual and her/his current level at the class.

Something nice to look at on the ceiling in the equipment room. I know that would be hard "possibly impossible" but the current dark ceiling is hard to look at.

The facilities are beautifully kept: always clean and smell great. The instructors have unique personalities and approaches, but they're all patient and kind. The front office staff is efficient and friendly. Going there feels like a mini-vacation. :)

So far, attended a tower class and loves everything about it.
The teachers are amazing. They pay attention to each student to modify for any injuries and help you perform each move correct to prevent injuries. The classes are different every time so you can progress and avoid boredom.
