The instructors are friendly and amazing! They know there stuff! I miss going into the studio and I am very pleased with the content online along with the launch of the 30 day challenge. Can't wait to see everyone again!

I really like the instructors at COREWORKS. I always feel like I could go out for coffee with any one of them and talk for hours. In the studio/virtual classes they are always well prepared and concerned with making the exercise routines productive and safe for everyone. The virtual classes are keeping many of us connected to COREWORKS and its positive energy as as we strive to stay strong and healthy in these stressful times.

There are a variety of classes to choose from, great instructors with clear cues, especially enjoy Sara, Kristina and Joanna's classes. Really enjoyed the Coreworks Challenge videos and inspirational quotes each day!! Have recommended Coreworks to friends and family!
I love the studio. Not really an online person.
So being able to be back in the studio was fantastic. The area was very clean and I felt very safe in our very small group.
I am thrilled that Coreworks is continuing to offer a full range of virtual classes. This demonstrates the importance that Coreworks gives to the needs of all of their clients. The instructors are fabulous and work hard to accommodate all ability levels. The classes are fun, challenging and provide a needed break from the current situation.

I have been exercising at Coreworks for more than 10 yrs. The classes have transformed my body so I feel stronger, stand taller, have less back and hip pain . I enjoy the classes as each one is different from the prior, strengthening all parts of my body and making me mindful of how my body feels. Kudos to all the staff for always making each class different and interesting to keep people like myself continue to feel challenged , even after 10 yrs! I have been excited that even in covid times I can exercise with the development of virtual classes. At the end of the day as a health care provider , the classes help me to destress during this challenging time we are facing now. I now have the opportunity to take some in person classes and I look forward to seeing my classmates that I have become friendly with due to the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Coreworks , such a change from so many other gyms I have tried through the years . I also enjoy the small in person class size, even before covid , and I always feel safe there. I am so grateful to Fran, Sara and ALL the staff for their dedication and flexibility .
