Everything is clean, it’s convenient and streamline to sign in, hang your jacket/shoes and go to the restroom if needed. Water fountain is terrific for post workouts. The instructors are always informative with the workouts! Overall, an excellent experience.

I can't say enough good things
I have attended two classes so far with the introductory membership. I attended Pilates Mat Challenge with Chris and Barre Sculpt with Maya. Both teachers were so friendly and welcoming. They also made the class challenging and taught with lots of energy. I really liked both classes and felt like I got a great workout that was well worth my time and money.
The woman who seems to run the Columbia location is super friendly and helpful. Good customer service is just always appreciated.
Finally, I really appreciated that my introductory membership was honored a year after I purchased it. I didn't expect it to be and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't asked to pay for it again. It makes me value the company and respect its owners. I would recommend these studios to anyone!

The facility in Laurel is wonderful. Very clean and pleasant and bright. The instructors are exceptional. The front desk staff is extremely helpful, accommodating and professional.

Joining classes online is easy, prices are reasonable, the studio was clean and well-designed, and the instructor was great.
I love the Reformer! The instructors are well-informed and willing to make accommodations for people like me who may need adjustments to do some poses. Some of the moves are deceptively simple but they deliver a deep workout.It is a welcoming place. This is the first gym that feels more like a dance studio, without the intimidation factor and it's accepting of all bodies and abilities.
I love Doreen's and Abril's classes. Some of the other instructors make their classes too easy.
