I was amazed with Zerorez. I had family members staying in my home and didn't care about spills or cleaning up with a vacuum. I did not think the stains would come up but they did. My carpet looks amazing. I am a customer for life.

When I called to get an estimate, the salesperson gave me a range and said that the technician would finalize the amount depending on the upholstery to be cleaned. When talking to the tech, he told me he had no power to alter the amount. This was somewhat confusing. Because of this, I felt the price was a little high.

Very friendly and informative associate. Did a fabulous job cleaning carpet. So different result than those that use soap products that attract spots later.
The service man was great. He explained everything and didn't try to use pressure tactics to buy more services. He explained every step.
