Initially hired to do the job because of the 'no residue' product/system and a recommendation from a friend who was very pleased with the service. We are very happy with the job that was done on our carpets. They are old and worn and we were not expecting much but they came out better than we expected thanks to the representative that did the work. He did a great job and was very conscientious.Would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.

John arrived on time, was friendly, professional and he explained every step of the carpet cleaning process he was going to employ. The previous cleaning company left numerous dark spots on our carpets, but John was able to remove them. These older carpets now look like new thanks to John expertise.

The price for all of the work involved was reasonable. We would recommend them and use them when we have carpet issues.

Zerorez does an excellent job of cleaning carpets and leaving very little moisture in carpets allowing carpets to dry quickly. I have had Zerorez three different times in the last several years with 3 different service people. All three did an excellent job and were very professional in the way they handled their job.

Zerorez is AWESOME! They alway fit me in on my schedule and I am thrilled with the results! I have used several other carpet cleaning companies, but Zerorez is the BEST! I sell real estate and have them on my website and highly recommend! The tech's are courteous and always aon time! I LOVE Zerorez!

The service tech was amazing. Knowledgeable and courteous. Would want him to serve me again if needed.

It did not take very long - 35 to 40 minutes. Did not smell like wet dog when he left. No chemicals used - pet and human friendly. The technician was polite, friendly, and worked hard. He also kept me informed of what he was doing and gave advice and how to better care for the carpet. Oh, the price was right; $144.00 for three rooms, total.
