I was not able to be at the new house when they arrived but they took a look and sent me videos of what they found and called to make a plan and didn’t do any work until the ok. They were quick with their work and left no mess afterwards.

I like and appreciate how my older light beige carpeting looks ever so much better after ZeroRez cleaned it! I especially appreciate how they don't use any heavy duty cleaning solutions because those very solutions are what attract dirt faster. Also, the rep did a great job and was very nice, hard working and very professional. This is the second time I've used ZeroRez and I plan to use them again! I also like that they occasionally have special offers so that's yet another reason I appreciate this company. I promise you will be very happy with how your carpeting looks after having it cleaned by ZeroRez. And no, I'm not a relative writing this! Ha! Just a very pleased customer.
