I found logging in fo your on line appointment process was not customer friendly and frustrating. It was not intuitive and important info was not provided, such as, if you try during non business hours, it doesn’t work. Why don’t you say that? Or if I check in properly, why don’t you confirm that my check in was noted and accepted. I entered a password, but I recall reading on the site that it wasn’t necessary to do that. I expect that by persevering, I will be ok for the future, but I really needed to want to get a hair cut there or would have given up.

The Sports Clips Waterloo Boardwalk location is my go to spot for haircuts. The staff are kind and talkative. The price is reasonable, hair gets cut fast and the haircuts always look clean and fresh.

The staff are pleasant and listen to what you need done for a haircut, and with this virus and just re-opening, they are all working very hard to keep everyone safe and I see they clean their haircutting tools after use and have masks for those that don’t have one, and all staff are wearing them, and they handle everything with professionalism.
