Great haircut and great and friendly staff

This particular location was excellent. They had enough staff that my son and I were able to walk in and be seated almost right away.

I spent a large portion of the morning online trying to book appointments for the both of us at the Northfield location. The website was glitchy and did not seem to allow me to add us both. Once my appointment was booked there was no option to add guest, and reloading the page only brought me back to my own booking, again with no option to add a guest. I then called on the phone only to be told that they could not book appointments over the phone. By this time the wait time at the Northfield location was over an hour.
Finally, out of sheer frustration, my son and I jumped in the car and drove to the Boardwalk where the wait time was only 10 minutes. From then on our experience was perfect.

I think I will only deal with the Boardwalk location from here on out. But seriously, the website needs to be greatly improved, or else allow bookings over the phone. That was ridiculous.

We had an amazing hair dresser for our sons very first haircut. She was so patient and kind and even though my son screamed the entire time she made us feel welcome. She had Amazing patience and creativity to get the cut done and it looks so cute even though he didn't sit still for one second on the hair cut.

I brought my three years old son Blaze and the woman who cut his hair was incredible. She did such an amazing job, was quick and so patient. She also did a really awesome lightening bolt in his hair.

I like that I can see the wait times online and that I can sign in online in advance. That alone has brought me and my three young sons in the door. I also appreciate that there are usually enough staff on hand to do several of our haircuts at the same time.

My 7 year old had a great experience. He was able to talk about what he wanted and have a friendly chat while he got his hair cut. Thanks!

I come to Sportclips because I can schedule online and see wait times to plan my visit.The hair stylists are friendly and efficient at cutting my hair to the style I like. The environment is lively and fun. Topping this all off is the MVP! Nothing like a hot towel with scalp massage followed up with a shoulder massage. I get a great haircut at a reasonable price. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for a haircut.
