Cleanness, n friendly
Front counter has always been friendly and attentive. They always ask us if we have loyalty rewards which is a plus. Seats are pretty comfortable. There was only one time where my seat headrest was not working properly (seat reclining functions don't always seem to work). There was also another time when our showing of "The Iron Claw" froze due to the weather, but they were communicative and asked the audience when to stop and resume from where we left off.
The only thing I would recommend (or think that would be helpful for sales) is letting customers know that Happy Hour and Super Tuesday Food Specials are occurring. For example, from 4-6:30 pm, when you are helping someone get a ticket, verify their loyalty rewards, and just when you are about to charge them, kindly remind them that you started your Happy Hour special where certain items are $4.99. Maybe you can have an added section on the screen or paper-slip on the counter that shows the specials during that timeframe.
Other than that, thank you for being a local theater for the community. You guys are the bomb for movie-goers.
Price on Tuesdays
We Love that we can spend money and have it go to charity. We love the clean facility, cheerful helpful staff. Awesome theaters and clean. The popcorn is always fresh and the beverage area easily accessible and well supplied. It is so convenient to our home and easy to get too. We love the many screens and great movie choices and times. The rewards program is an added plus and encourages me to go often.

Always have a wonderful time when at Santikos. However, I wish the concession prices where lower.
