Even though the Santikos New Braunfels is under construction, the staff members were all cheerful and friendly! They welcomed customers in and helped provide a great experience to see movies. I appreciate their flexibility!

Clean and great comfy seating
I love your movie theater...and I love going to the movies. Few things exite me more than this. I just saw Aquaman 2 at the Galaxy...and it was so way cool. I only wish that more parent would bring their kids to support your business....and experience the awesomeness that you all provide to the local community. One bit of advice.... please incentivize more return visits by giving away cool food, drink and snack prizes to customers. People like that stuff...makes them feel that you care about them. Try it out.

The experience of giving feedback was great. A representative reached out and offered resolution and indicated the review was being taken serious and that the theatre was addressing the concerns. Santikos will be our theatre for the future.
