My family and I have had the pleasure of repeated visits to the Santikos Mayan location. We absolutely love everything about this experience, from the seating, to self-serve popcorn and drinks. The bathrooms are clean and have plenty of stalls.

Fast entrance very curtieous staff
The theatre was clean and the employees efficient and friendly. I wanted to change my reserved seat and this was done quickly for me. I would definitely go back to The Grand Winston-Salem to see a movie.
My sons and I had a phenomenal experience this trip. I'm looking forward to coming back and experiencing more like bowling and another movie. Thanks to Zachary Rhiger and the Customer service desk representative we felt very welcomed and special.

I always like everything when I go to the Grand 16…..from the staff to the ticket prices, the concessions, etc. Everyone is always so helpful, kind, and courteous and I go very often. I am the right person to ask for a good survey!

I grew up going to the Mayan Palace…even before it was called the Mayan! Over the years, even with the changes and remolding, they’re made it feel like home and a good environment inside to enjoy a night at the movies with my own kids now that I’m grown up! I’ve never had any issues with employees or cleanliness! We love the Mayan
