So much fun to see a movie from 1990 up on the big screen and to enjoy it with my grandchildren. Having recliners and the ability to choose seats ahead of time is what brought me back to the theatre. The place was clean and the staff friendly.

Theatre was very clean and employees were pleasant.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The seats were super comfy. I took my dad to the movie and he enjoyed the pizza he got at the concessions. For the most part it was a great experience. I would say the only thing that was a little off was that, while obviously I get movies are loud. I expect that. This one seemed even louder than normal. The previews were almost at a level that was uncomfortable. But I will say it seemed to get better with the actual movie. And maybe sitting further back in the theater would help.

I haven’t been in months because there aren’t any good movies out. The movie selection has really been disappointing since Covid. However, the movie theater itself is nice. We enjoy the seats that recline we enjoy being able to have dinner and a movie. We know that the movie selection is not Santikos fault. It’s just was out there, but we would enjoy watching more movies at Santikos in the future, when better movies come out.

Overall experience was great but cleanliness and customer service are key factors after comfortable seating and great audio and visual experiences. Best Santikos in my area. I would love for New Braunfels to be very similar to Cibolo.
I met with friends and attended The Last Supper. The movie was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was apparently the person before me had spilled their popcorn. As I left the theater my friend noticed four huge yellow spots on the back of my top. She said it looked like popcorn oil. I did not spill mine. But when I got home, sure enough the back of my top was a mess. Whoever cleaned up the spilled popcorn should have wiped down the seat very well with something with degreaser in it. You might pass this suggestion on to the staff. Thanks to my friend pointing it out, I was able to spray degreaser and spot remover before laundering. However that doesn't take away the embarrassment of walking through the lobby with big yellow stains on the bottom, back of my top, which others might have taken for urine.
