It was very nice, went to a movie 3:30 in the afternoon! I was the only person in the theater! Felt like a private viewing! 😃
Being able to go in the middle of the day without much traffic as we are elderly was wonderful. The theatre was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the experience and now will have an idea of what seats we want to reserve for next time. I may decide to have an afternoon with my friends at the theatre now that I know how pleasant the staff was, how clean it was and the ease of getting to my movie. A big plus was having the rest room near our movie as it was a movie that was lengthy. We love movies that brings in history and relates to our age group.
Mostly the comfy seating. It's usually playing films we want to see. And we appreciate the Santikos policy of contributing to worthy community causes. One minor complaint: we can no longer get little cardboard dishes for dividing up the popcorn, only the dinky paper cones that don't hold much and can't be set down.

Santikos is exceptional! The customer service is second to none, from the initial planning phase to the day of the event. All members of the staff go above and beyond to cater to every need or anticipated need leading up to the day of the event. The venue is also ideal and clean and satisfied all the criteria we were looking for to host the event. THANK YOU!
Purchased tickets online and walked right in, concessions were great, staff were great and friendly and helpful. Made the experience with my grandchildren one to remember. Great Time had by all!

The theatre is clean and comfortable. The air temperature is adequate. The quality of the screenings are very good.
I enjoyed the new concession area. I felt the seats in the theater need some upgrades and many of the seats had not been cleaned from prior viewing time.

I absolutely love coming to this theater. The seats are spacious, comfortable and come equipped with thier own swivel tabletop with a cup holder for your drink. Normally I get the edge seats so I don't have to be moving if people are trying to get by, however at this theater you can sit in any room and there is plenty of space for people to pass by, EVEN IF your seat is extended out.
Best thing with food options is that you have your own access to fill the drinks and popcorn which is convenient for your refills. I can't wait for my next movie date.

A well run theatre and managed well.The overall premise is well kept.Always have a great line of movies and online tickets and seat selection is great.And the layback seats are the best thing you could have to be comfortable thru the entire movie.Best theatre in the area I live in.I don’t believe there is another theatre to beat the Mooresville theatre.My wife and I go each week to see movies most of the time on Tuesday which is a great deal at$5.99f for everything and we also go on Fridays when the new movies come out.Thanks for providing a great Safe theatre.

Good sound proofing of auditorium, good sound and projector systems, cleanliness of lobby, hallways, and latrines. I wish you would restore paper towels and faucets with handles. I like that you offer chocolate milk, and wish that you would offer cheetos popcorn.
Very helpful at the ticket office especially selecting seats.
