Seats were very comfortable, clean, nice. Only complaint would be that it got SO cold in the theater. We could feel freezing cold air blowing directly on us. That part wasn't enjoyable.
Our young hostesses were outstanding and the accommodations were exactly what my group need for the evening.

Theatre is great all around. My favorite thing is that ufc fights are offered. I live in fountain inn, but watching the fight card at the theatre is worth the drive.

Unfortunately the theater is beginning to look bad. The young man behind the snack counter was the only employee I saw the entire time we were there. I purchased our movie tickets online and no one even checked them when we entered the theater. We could’ve watched a movie without purchasing a ticket, and after our movie was over, we could’ve stayed and watched more movies we didn’t pay for. The theater seems to be going down hill and will possibly lose money due to low staffing. Auditorium 11 had a stuffy, old smell, but appeared clean and we always enjoy the recliners. We love this pier park location but I was pretty shocked by the appearance of the theater, half of the areas such as the ticket booth, and other snack stands were closed off and no longer in service. It appears that possibly it’s poor management, or maybe lack of ability to find reliable employees. We will continue to frequent this location because it’s our favorite. The worker at the snack stand was extremely helpful and friendly. In a day and time where it’s hard to find good employees, this young man seemed to be a prize.

To make my experience better after doing a survey, Airren Baxter was able to address a concern i had about and make it better.
Our party attendant Gabriel was outstanding! He was very friendly and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly. He was polite and professional and I wish every party attendant was as good as him!
Everything was great including purchasing tickets online, applying my rewards to snacks, cleanliness, etc. My only criticism, and it's a small one, is that I had to dig around in my Santikos mobile app for my rewards bar code/number. Thankfully I could just use my phone number, but it might help to make the reward number more front and center in the app.
