Great theaters, great food. My only complaint concerns the videos not showing on the app using my Samsung phone and no one available to help me with fixing it.

The ticket kiosk was easy to use, although it still needs improvement. Why does it take the extra step of asking me whether I want to sign in with my membership card. Does anybody actually have a membership card? Kudos for changing the video about inserting a credit card to show it with the proper orientation.
Buying popcorn was fairly quick. The popcorn and butter topping tasted good. (That's not always the case.)
The facility is attractive. The movie projection was flawless in sight and sound.
The only area for improvement would be the answer the question, "what have you done for me lately?" It feels like the theater hasn't improved, hasn't offered anything new, since you opened. Eventually, people are going to start referring to "the aging Santikos Casa Blanca." Yeah - that isn't fair, but what are you going to do to restore the sparkle? The only change I notice is that you don't offer cake and ice cream anymore, and you haven't found any use for those display cases.
The staff always have smiles on and/or are glad to assist you with ordering at the concessions, the seats are pretty comfortable & I have enjoyed coming here on Tuesdays for their $5 specials!
I enjoy seeing all the ways Santikos gives back to the community. I look forward to the Singo as well!

Everyone is always so nice and friendly. The concession stands are always clean and stocked. It’s lovely w energy and no crazy kids.
