Seating was amazing. The theater as a hole is outstanding. There is always a lot going on there but because of the open lobby, it doesn't feel chaotic. The staff is very helpful and polite which is a major plus.
I like that I expressed some concerns to the theater, management read them and assured me things were in the works to improve them. This shows me the theater is listening to it's customers and addressing their comments. That is some awesome customer service.
