Hi! My son wanted to take friends to a movie for his birthday... I just wanted to compliment your GM and your employee Sarah. Last week I sent my daughter to purchase 20 tickets for today's Mario movie at 1130...that went easy and smoothly with Sarah. Then today I purchased 18 movie trays and they got everything ready for us atcthd end of the counter which made filling up 18 trays super easy for us moms and kiddos. And Sarah wes patient with me as we visited the counter a few more times for some of the kids to buy candy. Popcorn was fresh, drinks were icy, theater was clean and the movie was great. We even were able to borrow the patio for a few minutes to sort out cupcakes, which I appreciated so much! In total we had 20 kids 4 moms a dad and a new born...and everyone had a great experience. Thank yall very much, we will definitely be making Santikos NB our preferred movie theater! Bc now my 5 other kids want to take their friends to the movies for their birthdays! Thank you again!

I really don't like your new website. It's confusing, difficult to use and when, say, I want to check
out movies at 9 pm for tomorrow, you get a message about no shows available. Yes, duh, I realize that, but I still want to check for tomorrow. Anyway, if you want more business, fire your website designer and go back to a simpler format. By the way, I spent my life in computers and web design. The problem is a lot of designers are trying to impress their peers and forget the customer. It ends up bloated, too slow, not effective.

The service at Santikos has always been great for me and is the only theater I ever visit. The chairs and spacing in the theater is also wonderful with the spacious and comfortable seats. The snack and food selection is great. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating even when I have had issues which they helps resolve smoothly.
