The theater we were in was not as cold as usual which we appreciated. It’s generally way too cold to enjoy without taking a blanket.
Popcorn was great but concessions area was not kept up with at all. Needs attention more often.
Restroom wasn’t as clean as usual either. We were there on Halloween and it wasn’t busy at all so keeping up with areas shouldn’t have been a problem,
We do love our neighborhood theater though. 🤗
I love the self service popcorn and drink stations. The reclinable seating is great too!
Ease and value, $5 Tuesday. I need to purchase an ADA seat, so I purchase in advance to be sure to have that. I don't appreciate having to pay $3.70 for a "reservation." I don't feel anyone should have to do this.
Everything the movie prices the discounts that we are able to use the atmosphere always enjoy going to your theaters.

Theater 10 was incredibly nice and clean. Our service was friendly and the fried pickles are the best that ive had ANYWHERE. Of all of the theaters in San Antonio, (santikos locations included), the Galaxy is the best and cleanest.
We're on a tight budget and appreciate the $5 ticket, popcorn, and drink specials on Tuesdays.

My first experience with Santikos theatres was at the Century South in the late 60s. It was a great experience then and even greater now! I go to different Santikos theatres, but I do like to occasionally go to the Mayan Palace which used to be the Century South. Maybe I'm bias, but I've gone to other movie theatres and they don't compare to Santikos!

Love the idea that they donate to so many local community groups.
Personally have not had a negative experience in any of the many facilities they have have. Cibolo location has so much to offer. Entertainment center would be a better way to categorize as it's so much more than movie theater.

It was clean! The sound in the theatre was perfect. Food was good. We went on a weeknight, so it was quiet… not a lot of people, which made it nice as well. We live in Alamo Ranch. The theatres get crazy here. It was our first time at Embassy. We’d definitely make the drive for the same experience.
