The screen is large, the chairs are comfortable, the auditorium is clean. The SOUND on dialogues could be better; the water in the lavatories could stay on LONGER; paper towels would be appreciated. The concession stand is well stocked, the employees are helpful.

Comfort.
We like the reclining seats, even though some seats are in rather poor condition. The theatre is close to where we live, and since we are seniors, we like the matinee pricing.

The place, the great service, the popcorn -salty enough.
Everything is always great there. They always remind me of my rewards to add points. They’ll ask if I have rewards and I always say yes and end up using it with my telephone number and then when it points add up add up I will ask for what can I get for free with my points and they will let me know or how many points I have in total and service there is always great. We are always served with the smile and great attitudes and I will I do recommend this theater always.
Staff was friendly and greeted me as I came in and also greeted me at the concessions register. The theater was clean and the drink area was clean as well.

Santikos Palladium IMAX always provides the best quality service to their customers. We have been working with Santikos for many years and are always pleased. Marissa at Corporate is always personable and has everything prepared for us. Jasmine was the host who took care of us on our field trip today 6/5/25. She greeted us with kindness! seated us and assisted with anything we needed. She was amazing. This is why we choose to have Santikos as one of our fun places to go to for our summer camp field trips.

It is right down the street from my house.. it is clean & wonderful !!! Wish you had more movies for older women to enjoy!! even the old movies for older women could enjoy!! also love the Christian based movies!!!!
