Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment was higher quality and drew most of the cleaning solution (water) out of the carpet. The stains were not persistent following drying. The smell still lingers in the house (Orange) and the kids like it.

Very friendly people. Required no supervision on my part .. did the job and our carpet looks very good. Our front foyer had rugs over some of the carpet. They were able to clean the carpet in such a way that the areas around the runs matched the "cleaner" area under the rugs!
