Was absolutely amazed at how good my carpet looked after the cleaning. I was told by another company after they cleaned it a year ago that "those stains could not come out." They came back 3 times and they thought they were right. Zerorez got all the stains out with one treatment and cost less than their competitor .
Mr. Todd Ellis was very knowledgeable and professional. His assistant was friendly but I wasn't happy with him tossing items such as chemical bottles, plastic hoses, etc down my wooden stairs; they could have been dented or otherwise damaged. I also believe that the assistant also threw cigarette butts in my yard when he took smoke breaksas I found them after they left and my family doesn't smoke. I was otherwise happy with the service but would suggest the assistant be instructed on how to treat customer's homes and to pick up after himself.

The company promptly got back with me after I left a message for info on their services. They came out the same day we originally talked and picked up our wool rug. Took it back to the shop to clean back and front. Got it back to us in a few days smelling great and looking even better. No lingering odor on the rug. It looks great!!

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment was higher quality and drew most of the cleaning solution (water) out of the carpet. The stains were not persistent following drying. The smell still lingers in the house (Orange) and the kids like it.
Todd explained in detail all the steps to cleaning the carpet, and was super friendly. My carpets look and smell wonderful. The quality of work for the price was outstanding. Only carpet service I will use going forward.
