You do a terrific job, however, the carpets are not dry within 2 or 3 hrs, so, I wouldn't advertise this. Takes mine longer, and that's with the fans running. I will certainly use ya'll again, tho'.
Quickness
Your technician, A.J., was punctual, polite and pleasant. We have had inside cats (previously 9, now down to 6) over the past 12 years so between them and all the humans, one can imagine the condition of our 16 year old carpets. Most (vomit and such) stains were removed and the ones remaining were considerably lightened so as to not be noticeable unless one looks closely. We avoided professional cleaning in the past due to concerns about chemical residue potentially affecting our cats, especially causing kidney issues, so we really appreciate the zero residue cleaning. Thanks, we'll definitely use your service in the future, also when tenants move out of our rental properties.
