Everyone at Beauty By Dolly are sweet and professional, not to mention fast! I get my eyebrows threaded a few times a month and they always can get me in and out of there fast! Dolly is always there helping out and is also very nice and seems to care a lot about the clients, which is sweet!

I was very late to my appt. I come from Orange County and I swear there were like 3 accidents that made me 25 minutes late on top of me leaving a good 10 minutes to get there before my appt. I called the receptionist to to inform her that I knew most clients show up early so if Eileens appt were to show up before me to just take her. She said ok. As I arrived Eileen was with that appt and then her following showed up. I am sure I set her back and because I had waited a long time which to me I expected it and take full responsibility for it because I was late. Seeing that I had my bf in the car with our baby the manager decided to take me. Reluctant I was because I am super comfortable with eileen, but I def don't regret it. I totally forgot her name but the Manager at that time was awesome! She was very apologetic even though it was my fault and set up a room and did an amazing job! I think it was the best Brazilian I have ever had! She is so sweet and made me feel right at home! If i could book all my future appts with her I WILL!

Yasra is the best!!! You tell her how you want your eyebrows to be and she will do them and she also gives good recommendations on how to maintain them in good shape.

It's all great though my only feedback is that with bikini wax you have alternative pricing where if you go past six weeks you get charged full price, under six weeks make it lower by $5-10.
