Everyone that works with Beauty By Dolly is extremely professional. Furthermore, they are personally inviting and friendly. They also make the customer feel comfortable (especially in sensitive waxing situations).
All services they offer are on point. And I mean always. The quality of services is uniformed to all workers, regardless which branch you go to. I've been going to Beauty By Dolly since they opened in Black Mountain, but been a very loyal custoner for the past 3 years I think due to my location. I know from the start it was great quality of threading so whenever I get a chance Id come back if I was in the area. For sensitive skin like mine this is the best way to clean up brows or even shape as you wish. They will recommend as well if necessary. For sugaring, their price are competitive and reasonable for the quality you get & I love talking to Ms Q, she just makes it so comfortable in that bed. No burns after, no itch or pain either. We will miss you Dolly, thank you for your hard work and being there for your girls. Please continue the great quality and we shall continue recommending you for best threading services!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and everyone excels at what they do. I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows threaded at the mall once when I was in a rush and it was a mistake. It hurt, took three times as long, they made them too thin, and put gel on them afterward. I always make the time to go to Beauty by Dolly now!
