i was greeted as soon as i walked through the doors. it was my first time and the receptionist was extremely kind and helped me with how beauty by dolly did things. she also made small talk with me during my wait so i wasn't sitting bored flipping through magazines.
I never really request a specific brow person (apologies don't know the correct term!), but regardless, I am always pleased with the experience and the outcome of my brows. This last visit in particular was probably my most pleasing. If it's possible, I'd love to request the same person again. She worked magic on my difficult to deal with brows and even took the time to show me how to fill them in better. Oddly enough I feel as though my brows have helped shaped my face more symmetrically and even though they're just brows, I feel better about myself after I have them done here. I've gone to other places when I just haven't had time to be in the area, none of them satisfy the way Beauty By Dolly does. I appreciate you all!

The browtists allow customers to say how they want they're eyebrows threaded. For example you can just ask for them to clean it and that's exactly what the browtists will do.

There is one thing I do want to remark, not sure if it's my skin becoming more sensitive or not, but recently my face has been breaking out exponentially and really swollen for 2 days. Especially around my lips. I know if I ask to go fast, the swelling is minimal.
