Not enough machines, trying to run on the track and have to dodge walkers, also still dirty under machines, and machines are worn down.
Machines are not being maintained as well as they should.
Taking temperatures before working out had absolutely no basis in fact or reason to prevent anything
Overall great gym though with it was closer to my house.
The updated gym in Manhattan is awesome. I love the pool and the wide variety of classes offered.
Open full facility and improve cleaning

Cardio equipment is commonly down and some treadmills are awful with belt issues.
I don’t like that I have to reserve a lane to swim. I have a very busy schedule and sometimes I don’t know when I’ll be able to go and in the past it was nice know I could just stop by in my free time and now that is no longer an option
Tennis and friendly staff.
The women's locker room is becoming in sad state. Some doors hang off the lockers and the shower heads leaks and spray all over.
I haven’t been back since the reopen but I wish the kids club had more things to do and that the sauna was bigger
Great fitness club with great people and a great leader in Mr. Rodney Steven II. He proved during this past year that fitness matters ALWAYS, especially during a pandemic and not everyone has a personal gym at home. Lucky for us, he fought to reopen and by doing so allowed us the opportunity to pursue those healthy lifestyle goals. Thank you Sir!

I think the cost is too high compared to what other clubs in Colorado offer and charge.

I really am enjoying working with my trainer as well! Reid is AWESOME!! Although I never fail to hurt the next few days, I keep coming back and I know that the payoff will be amazing.
I love the open, friendly atmosphere and I really like that there seems to be a bit more emphasis on KIDS! I think that has been lacking at this facility for awhile, so it is great to have that feeling that kids health is a priority too.

I like that I can typically get a workout in and not have to wait constantly for machines or stations. There are a few exceptions to that, but it is rare. The weights that are needed are available and the staff is usually pretty good about keeping the place clean.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Great location. Good equipment. Very nice swimming pool. Warm water in the showers.
One complaint that I have repeated many times on these surveys is that the kettlebell rack is unlabeled. Is is hard to find the right weight. Please label the racks, providing a place for each weight (e.g., 5#, 10#, 15#, 20#, 25#, 30# -- I can't lift anything more than 30#, so you can stop there). There are labels for all of the other weights. Why discriminate against kettlebells? I might contact the ACLU about this.
The pools, the atmosphere
Nothing is being done to lower risk of covid spread. No mask mandate. No one is consistently cleaning equipment. It’s 2021 and the water fountains are still not touch free. Not even the paper towel dispensers are touch free.
Facility needs to be updated
Great classes, nice locker room, good location.
Wide range of equipment, cardio and lifting.
None of the staff consistently wears their mask over their nose. With gyms being one of the hot spots for COVID I would think that guideline would be followed. Equipment is damaged. No rubber handles on any of the weight lifting equipment anymore and doesn’t feel clean. There doesn’t seem to be any extra cleaning of equipment. So doesn’t feel COVID safe
