The coaches like Cherri Perkins and Patricia Banuelos are exceptional motivators and coaches. They make a difference, helping me with form and pushing me to dramatically improve my health and fitness. The workouts are solid, and I enjoy the variety. There are always fun events and milestones to look forward to.

Each workout holds a new challenge for my whole body. I love that I can track my heartrate so I can track my endurance level and not burn out. The coaches are amazingly upbeat, clear and full of great knowledge. I'm a stronger person and able to show up for my kids and myself with more energy and strength thanks to OTF!

Yesterday was a great workout Julia brought the class a great vibe and had perfect amount of positive energy to help push us through the mile bench mark class. I can't wait for her to coach at mill creek again!
I like the intensity of the workout, and how encouraging the coaches are. It’s a workout I would never be able to do on my own!

I love that the workout is planned for me. It is self-paced but you also get to benefit from the group aspect. I’m not going to lie the music is awesome and changes so often that I don’t get bored.

I love the variety and I’m the inner competition I have with myself and the rest of the class- whether they know about it or not. I like being able to see real time results- that usually validate my feeling of exhaustion lol.
