This workout is the best I’ve ever had! The high intensity interval training really maxes out the amount of calories in the hour and leaves you feeling amazing. This would be a great class for anyone first trying out a workout class or an experienced athlete.

Challenging workout and welcoming atmosphere! There’s something here for all levels of fitness. I was skeptical at first coming from a CrossFit gym after doing CF for 4 years. This has been a nice, but still challenging, change of pace. I feel energized and ready to go about my day, not beat down and feeling like I need to go home and recover right away.
The studio is small and the trainers take the time to really focus on you individually here. Love this studio!

The best workout I have ever had. So much motivation in the class. Keeps you pushing alone even when you think you can’t.
Not a wasted minute. I am motivated by the coach, but can work at pace comfortable and not worry about others noticing. Dimmer lights help for more privacy in your workout. Coaches are constantly moving and focusing on every persons’ needs! Always feel good after workouts. Workouts are never the same and I’m stronger than ever!
That it has the three areas to work out on. I get bored with regular workout routines but OT keeps the classes fresh and interesting. Everyone is very supportive in the classes and encourages you to keep on! Instructors are very knowledgeable, attentive and help you throughout the workout. Love it!!
