The combination of cardio and strength training. The coaches are incredible. They are encouraging, helpful and motivating. This workout is for all levels of exercise. I joined Orangetheory to add variety to my rote workout routine. I work out 4'ish times per week and have just stagnated. I didn't really push myself that hard and the variety just wasn't something I had the time nor talent to create. So far - after 4 workouts - I really enjoy it. I'm definitely pushed beyond what I'd normally do on my own, I don't get bored, and love the fact that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do that day. I'm still a member at my other gym. I will supplement my OT workouts with some heavier lifting days and "maintenance" cardio, but so far, OT has given me exactly what I've been looking for.
Why didn't I give it a 10:
1) It's loud. My watch gives me decibel warnings every time I'm in class. I thought about bringing ear-plugs, but then I don't think I'd be able to hear instructions from the coach. I'm worried about long-term damage to my hearing:

2) Each of the coaches I've met have all been great - but for newer people they talk so fast that I have trouble comprehending what I'm supposed to do. Today, for example, I was totally lost on the treadmill/rower - I had no idea I was supposed to go from the treadmill to the rower...I just copied the girl next to me. I did tell a coach, "I think I missed the instructions." - He just told me that I was supposed to row 10 times - he was busy calling out times for the floor people. So I just kept copying the girl next to me...At the end of that block - I saw a piece of paper on the treadmill with instructions. That would've been nice to see at T=0 instead of T+20.

The workouts push me to get better and the coaches are always encouraging and uplifting.
The coaches are so encouraging and great to follow along with! I love that it’s go at your own pace within set parameters. It really takes the emotional pressure off of your fitness goals when you can show up to class and know that you’ll get a great workout. The classes have a wonderful variety and every time has been top quality, Orangetheory Fitness makes me excited to put in the work to reach my goals.

I'm a member of OTF in Tulsa Oklahoma. I was in town visiting for the superbowl. I came to this location to workout. I highly recommend OTF.

I really like the structure of the classes and the positivity of the coaches. Every class has a purpose for a particular group of muscles and calorie burn. Would definitely recommend OT to anyone looking for a exciting and healthy atmosphere to start or continue their workout journey.
