I love the variety of workouts that Orangetheory provides while still keeping each one meticulously crafted. It is an efficient 1 hour of exercise that leads to real results. The atmosphere at Orangetheory is unmatched! The coaches and members are all uplifting and want to see you succeed. Overall, it’s a great way to stay active, maintain mental health, and work toward fitness goals.
It’s a full body workout each time you attend. The rower is my least favorite but it’s the best for your body. It’s hard but works your core, legs, arms and great cardio with no impact. The class is coach by a well trained experienced coaches. They encourage and make sure you’re doing the exercises properly.

I don’t have to think. I go in and the workout is planned out and all I have to do is do it. The coaches are motivating and encouraging everyday. I’d I just went to a gym I’d never push myself to improve on my own. The energy in class motivated everyone. Just a great fit for me.
It's the best overall workout around. In 60 minutes you get a full body coached workout that includes cardio and strength. Coaches will correct form to protect you from injury keeping you safe. My personal OTF journey is 7.5 years and counting. Love the addition of the Lift45 classes with 90 minute options on weekends. I take advantage of all versions. As I've aged I have had to tweak my schedule a bit but have found 3 days on 1 off is the new sweet spot.
I can't say enough good things about my OTF journey and how it has been a positive addition to my self-care. I call it my anti-aging routine but it is SOO much more than that. It's self-care, health care, mind care and stress release. It also is a community of like-minded people all walk of life. I also appreciate that your membership it portable when you travel. Too many positives to mention.
I enjoy the templates that are the same premise, but different execution. Encouraging coaches, good total body workout, and inviting environment.
The workout encompasses cardio and resistance and I do not have to think about my workout. The instructor is there to guide me to the next move.

Good change of pace in workouts and some flexibility to get you where you want to be from a true fitness perspective. It’s a great mix of cardio and weight training with a whole-body perspective. The coaches and classmates bring great energy to push you to get an awesome workout!
