I am not a runner, never have been, until I started at OT! I actually love it now, but I also love on the days I don't feel like running I have an option to still get cardio in on the power walking on an incline.
Also the comradery built is a nice accountability!

I like the studio environment and the coach’s professionalism and encouragement. I also like seeing familiar faces and encouraging other members.
All of it! great music, a/c, no cell phones, your own equipment - don't have to wait on others, workout planned for you, modification options for all exercises, just one hour - but you have to commit to it, monitor your heart rate, calories and splats, never boring and awesome trainers! Been going to OTF for 4 years, and want to keep going forever!
