I like that it is total body and I’m done in 1 hour. The coaches are very supportive.

That it's different each time.
Great to have a head coach. Some the equipment is starting to show its age. I have been to other studios, outside the region, that have screens on the rowers and weighs over 70 pounds. Would be great to see that make its way to the studio.
